I arrived through lived experience — refined through deep study and applied leadership.
For years, I built what success was supposed to look like: leading in entertainment and entrepreneurship, creating and scaling ventures, carrying responsibility, visibility, and expectation. From the outside, it looked good. Inside, it felt increasingly unsustainable.
I felt inauthentic and lost.
Constantly rebuilding, questioning why success never felt enough.
In truth, I’d outgrown the identity I was operating from.
That made the collapse inevitable — and, ultimately, a relief.
What changed everything wasn’t another strategy or working harder. It was learning to see identity as the architecture beneath leadership — the structure that determines what feels possible, rewarding, and durable.
That philosophy became the foundation for The Mana Blueprint™ — an identity-first leadership framework I now teach with clarity and precision, in weeks rather than years.
Today, I bring over 25 years of experience across entertainment and executive leadership. As an entrepreneur, I’ve built multiple six-figure businesses and a seven-figure company, and now serve as a modern Wayfinder and mentor — guiding founders and leaders into a truer, more sovereign era.
